General Conditions of Sale

All general conditions of sale will be applied to all types of sales (Internet, telephone, email, in-store)

You acknowledge meet, at the time of placing the order, these terms of sale and accept them without reservation.

 
PRICES:
 
The prices shown exclude VAT. To obtain the full price this must be added, and where necessary, transport costs, as we are dedicated primarily to Trade, Industry and Professional Activity. 

  

All prices and details are valid except in the case of typing errors. Manufacturas Medrano S.A. reserves the right to modify or update its prices without prior notice. All prices sent to invoice will be those that appear on our price list or in our online store, unless the current price differs at the time of shipping, in which case prior notice will be sent to the client detailing the difference. The merchandise will not be sent until written confirmation, accepting the new prices, has been received.

 

Prices do not include the assembly or installation of the product.
 
TRANSPORT  &  PACKAGING:
 
- Packaging is FREE and non-retrievable
- Deliveries inside the city of Zaragoza are FREE (disregard the web delivery charge and consult the delivery conditions with the sales team )

In the rest of the Peninsula, we offer PREPAID freight for orders of over 430€ (not including VAT) except for large deliveries with a lower value (clients will be informed prior to purchase)

 

We offer a reduced rate price list for all deliveries ineligible for Prepaid freight. In this case and in the online shop, the freight charges (including insurance) will appear by default and will be added to the invoice. These prices are subject to change, the client will be informed of any differences in price. 

 

You may cancel this charge and forward the merchandise (freight collect) using the client's agency of choice. All deliveries carried out by our transport agency include free insurance.  

 

For all deliveries outside the Peninsula (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) please ask for information regarding costs and delivery times.

In deliveries to Canary Islands, when ordering the customer agrees to pay customs charges on arrival.

 

The buyer assumes all risks for merchandise sent FREIGHT COLLECT. The merchandise will be delivered to the address indicated by the client, at ground level only. If cranes or other loading machinery are required, the cost will be invoiced separately.
 

PAYMENT METHODS:

 

*NB: Once the order has been made the sales team will send the confirmation and the approximate delivery time. If you require the merchandise before a certain date, please inform us duly and do not make the payment until you receive confirmation of the delivery date.

 

 

- Payment by credit card:      

We accept Visa or MasterCard.

All our on line transactions are subjected to our security or privacy policy.

Transactional communications held between customers and banks are confidential and in any case Manufacturas Medrano can´t access your bank details.  

           

- Bank transfer (before shipping, without minimum order): The sales team will forward the pro-forma invoice, together with the delivery date, so that the transfer can be made.

- Payment on delivery (no extra cost): Minimum order 30€ (excluding VAT). You pay the carrier on delivery. Cheques not accepted. Accepted Payment method for the Peninsula and Balearic Islands.

 

- Payment by installments: Subject to agreement. Clients on file, Regular conditions. The first orders must be paid for on receipt of goods and subsequently, if you wish to pay by installments, contact our sales team, complete the attached form and we will begin the authorisation process with our Trade and Credit Insurance Firm.
 
COMPLAINTS on Receipt of Goods:
 

The client must verify the condition of the goods in the carrier’s presence and check that the quantity of packages corresponds with the delivery note.

 

Any complaints or visible anomalies found on receipt of goods should be reported to the carrier, detailed in writing on the delivery note and subsequently sent to: Fax: (+34) 976 210 617 or email: comercial@manufacturasmedrano.com

 
Alternatively, you have a maximum of 24 hours following receipt of goods to report, in writing, any anomalies, after which, Manufacturas Medrano S.A will not be held responsible.
 
DELIVERY DEADLINE:
 
We boast a large warehouse storing all products. For goods in stock we deliver within 24-72 hours depending on the destination.
 
You will be given an approximate delivery time when completing the sale. Manufacturas Medrano S.A. will do everything in its power to meet delivery deadlines, nevertheless, late deliveries will not give the client the right to cancel their order or seek compensation.
 
Client requests to postpone the delivery of goods must be agreed with Manufacturas Medrano S.A. and with regards to “Special Order” products (see Product section), this will not delay the invoicing process.
 
PRODUCTS:
 
Photographs and characteristics (dimensions, weight, colour etc.) of the products that appear in the catalogues and on the website are intended to be close representations of the products themselves, however, they may not always be exact. Manufacturas Medrano S.A. reserves the right to replace any product ordered, for another with the same main characteristics, informing the client before the goods are sent.
 
“Special Order" Products: These are products that require any type of special manufacturing, partial or extensive modification (size, colour, etc.), or customisation (logotype or similar) for the client. Likewise, any standard products out of stock or with a lower quantity than usual will be considered as “Special Order” products, as will any product considered to be special by Manufacturas Medrano S.A. The client will always be informed before the completion of the sale.
 
ORDERS AND QUOTES:
 

All orders must be previously accepted by our sales team and subject to a written, signed and stamped confirmation request by means of a previously sent quote or pro-forma invoice, which will also indicate the approximate delivery date.

The signed and stamped confirmation can be returned by email, fax or post.

 

In order to proceed with any quote, a previously signed and stamped confirmation in writing will be necessary, as will any illustrations related to the quote.

It is also necessary to pay 50% of the total quote (VAT incluido) as a part payment.

In order to speed up the ordering process, we suggest you forward the receipt as soon as the payment has been made.

 
Generally all quotes are valid for 30 days, unless a shorter period of time is specifically indicated, however prices are subsequently subject to change.
 
WARANTY – REFUNDS:
 
We promise to offer the maximum quality, service and guarantee to our clients. All of our products meet the maximum quality requirements and are guaranteed against material or manufacturing defects.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, it can be returned up to 15 days after the receipt of goods with prior notice. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Returned goods not attributable to Manufacturas Medrano S.A will only be received with prepaid freight charges.

 

“Special Order” products cannot be returned (see products section) nor can orders be cancelled and the client must pay the total amount agreed in the quote in order to return any goods.

Returns caused by failure or damage due to improper handling, lack of maintenance and care products will not be accepted.

 
How to return our products:
1. We must receive a written explanation beforehand detailing the reasons for returning the goods. This can be sent to Fax (+34) 976210617 or by email to: comercial@manufacturasmedrano.com 
 
2. You will then receive in writing our authorisation to proceed with the return, together with instructions on how to do so (we will only accept goods returned freight prepaid with client’s choice of carrier, or freight collect using our agency which will be discounted from the total to be refunded) 
 
3. Once the merchandise has been received in its original packaging and in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund using the same method of payment as made by the client, or if preferred a replacement product.
  
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS and LITIGATION:
 
All products remain property of Manufacturas Medrano S.A. until the totality of the order has been paid. In the event of doubt or dispute all purchases will be subject to rulings by the Courts and Tribunals of Zaragoza, therefore renouncing any other jurisdiction.
However, Manufacturas Medrano S.A. reserves the right to use any other authorised court of its choice.
 
To guarantee greater security in processing your order; all Internet orders will only be valid once approved and confirmed by the sales team.

In the event of dispute between parties, the documents stored in the Manufacturas Medrano S.A. computerised filing system will be used as evidence as will all documents exchanged by email, fax or any other written method.
